・Light Plan: ¥28,000/month. 6 hours per month. Rooms 2, 3, and 4. Regular value: ¥33,000. Last-minute booking available.

・Standard Plan: ¥68,000/month. 15 hours per month. Rooms 1–4 and Space B. Regular value: ¥85,800. Same-day booking available.

・Premium Plan: ¥148,000/month. 35 hours per month. All rooms, including Space A+B. Regular value: ¥210,100. Schedule changes available.

How the regular value is calculated (weekday rates)

・Light: Rooms 2/3 for 6 hours = ¥33,000

・Standard: Space B 3-hour package (¥27,500) + Rooms 2/3 for 5 hours (¥27,500) + Room 4 for 7 hours (¥30,800) = ¥85,800

・Premium: Space A+B 3-hour package (¥60,500) + Rooms 2/3 for 8 hours (¥44,000) + Room 4 for 24 hours (¥105,600) = ¥210,100

Weekend and holiday rates are higher, so savings are greater when you use the rooms on those days.
